THE JUBILEE SINGERS.
M'Adoo's Original Jubilee Singers will commence a short farewell season at the Garrison Hall on Wednesday night next Of their entertainment the Melbourne 'Argus' says: "Their part singing resembles the well-adjusted and sustained strains of an organ under the skilful manipulation of a great master, and such a comparison is about the highest compliment which could be paid them." Since the company last visited Dunedin they have been strengthened, and now include Miss Susie Anderson, who toured this colony several years ago with a similar organisation, when she quickly became an established favorite, being the possessor of a fine soprano voice of great range and power. She is* known as America's Black Melba. Popular prices will be charged during the brief season of three nights.
