At the League of Wheelmen's meeting at Christchurch last night the conditions under which the Rudge-Whitworth Cycle Company of England present for competition amongst the League members a £IOO solid silver cup were submitted and approved of. The trophy is to be competed for annually at the League championship meetings amongst amateurs in two-mile handicap races, the limit for which is to be 150 yards.,
