The Anglican bishops have presented a collective address upholding the archbishops in their recent decision in regard to ritual-* istic practices. They express the opinion that disobedience on the part of the clergy is equivalent to setting up a non-episcopal form of church government. It is also pointed out that any reform -which would enable the church to do more effective work is thus retarded.
