PERSONAL.
Mr T. P. Webber, who for the last five years has been manager for Messrs Brown, Ewing, and Co., has decided to sever his connection with that firm and return to England at an early date. Both Mr and Mrs Webber will be much missed in philanthropic work in the City. The Rev. Father O'Riley arrived from Dabiin by the Mokoia on Saturday. He will be stationed in the Dunedin district for five years. Mr A. Michie, manager in Dunedin of (he Bank of New Zealand, contemplates making a trip to the Old Country. During his absence Mr C. F. Thomas," manager of the Bank in Melbourne, will act here. Mr Thomas has already arrived. He has been in New Zealand before.
