North, daily, 10.20 a.m. Late letters, 10.45; also on the mail van up to 11 a.m. Books and newspapers, 10 a.m Lite-tee letters must bear, in addition to the prdinanr postage—ld for inland letters, 2d lor l«*e« for Australia and the South Sea Islands, and 21d for all other plaoes. Friday, June I. For Lyttelton and Christchurch.—Per Te Anau at 2 p.ra. ’ Saturday, June 2. For Northern Ports. New South Wales, and Queensland.—Per Waikare, at 7.J0 p.m. Mails for Cromarty, Puysegur Point, and Te Onerna will close at Invercargill on the 31st, at 1.30 p.m. Mails for Chatham Islands, p°r Toroa, will close at Lyttelton on the Ist June, at 8 p.m r, Sydney for Natal and Cape Town, per Gulf of Toronto, 6th June. from Melbourne for Cape Town on the 20th June.
