MELBOURNE, May 28. A man named Radcliffe was assisting the Customs officer to gauge spirits at a yineryard at Ararat, when tho spirits took fare and enveloped Budcliffe. His eyes were destroyed, and he is otherwise horribly burnt. His condition is hopeless.
