SYDNEY, January 30. A hard north-easter blew yesterday. The Rainbow, although beaten in the first race, hotly pressed White WiDgs throughout. The second race will be held to-day. The wind is southerly, and fresh.
[The course is twenty-two miles, and there are to be three race 3.]
