At the volunteer camp at Abbotsfotd a pleasing ceremony took place at the conclusion of the church parade on Sunday morning, when Bugle-major Henry Oliver, of the Engineer", was presented by Colonel Webb with the Imperial medal for long and efficient service. The recipient was congratulated by the commanding officer anl loudly applaude Iby his comrades.' •
