AN APPLICATION REFUSED.

In the case Lebons Bay Road Board v. Oldridge, heard in cambers at Qhristchurch yesterday before Mr Justice Denniston, Mr Stringer, for Oldridge, respondent, asked leave to appeal against the previous judgment of the Court.
