LOSS OF LIFE. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright NEW YORK, November 28, (Received November 29, 1898, at 9.12 a.m.) There have been severe snowstorms and gales in various parts of America. At New York traffic is paralysed. A dozen fatalities are reported at Boston and a number of wrecks on tho Atlantic seaboard.
