Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright SYDNEY, November 17. (Received Jfoyeraber 17,1898, ot 10.10 a.m.) The mission steamer Southern Cross was quarantined at the Solomon Islands on October 25 owing to the outbreak of measles amongst tho Native crew.
