Sir,—ln reply to “Fairplay’s” letter, which apocared in last night’s issue, I must eay that I concur in what he says, which is no doubt only fair play ; for if a horse is disqualified the next horse gets the race, and why not the same in regard to the present committee vacancy ?—I am, etc., Member.
