BULGARIAN APOLOGY TO AUSTRIA,

VIENNA, August 22. Tbo difficulty between Austria and Bulgaria, which arose through M. Stoiloff, the Bulgarian Premier, refusing to withdraw the insinuation that Count Golucbowsky, the Austrian Minister of Foreign Affairs, had insisted upon the recent prosecution of Major Bortscheff for the murder of his mistress out of enmity to Bulgaria, 1 has been overcome. M, Stoiloff has now tendered an apology, which has beeu accepted by Austria. ' ■
