Sir, —Permit me to direct attention to the disgraceful slate of the footpath in Dale street, adjoining Anderston road, Borough of Roslyn, through the encroachment of the hedges, making foot traffic, especially at nightfall, very disagreeable. The least the Borough Corporation might do is to have the nuisance removed, and so confer a boon on the residents in the vicinity.—l am, etc., Ratepayer in Linden Ward. Roslyn, August 21.
