SYDNEY, August 20. Sir Thomas and Lady Buxton (South Australia), Lord and Lady Brassey (Victoria), and Lord Lamington (Queensland) will attend the opening of the Federal Convention.
The Miowera will not call at Wellington this voyage, therefore Premiers Reid and Kingston will probably be on hand at the opening of the Convention.
