WELLINGTON. In the Supreme Court Ho Kee, a youthfullooking Celestial, was charged on several counts, the substance of which was that in December last he fraudulently removed his stock-in-trade with the object of defeating his creditors, particularly qtae named Sim Kee. On one charge the jury acquitted him, and on another they were locked up till this morning, when, as no agreement bad been arrived at, they were discharged. The Crown Prosecutor thereupon said that as the man had already served two months in gaol he would not proceed further with the matter, and the prisoner was discharged. NEW PLYMOUTH.
