The frozen meat steamer Morayshire has been towed into Keppel Bay, with a broken shaft. {A.-private cable received by Mr Moore, the local agent for the Shiie line of steamers, statss that the damage ia to the tail end of the shaft. The Morayshire arrived at Sydney, and there discharged her London outward cargo, and was on the way to Bowen from Sydney in ballast to load frozen, mest when the accident w»s discovenM. The Morayshire was picked Up by the steamer Ching To, and will be towedbaokto Brisbane by the Banffshire, another vessel .belonging to the Shire- liner]
