Parliament was opened at noon yesterday by the tjfoyeroor (Lorf Lamjngtqn), in the presence of a brilliant gathering. : In the Assembly the Acting-Premier stated that the first Bill to bo considered would provide for the representation of the colony at the Federal Convention. The Council adopted a congratulatory addness to the Queen.
