REGULATING BICYCLE TRAFFIC.
WELLINGTON, June 15. The City Council have finally passed a bylaw regulating bicycle traffic and restricting the rate of speed to eight miles per hour ana four round corners. The Tourists’ Club wanted ten and five miles, but an amendment in that direction was lost by one vote.
