The Speech will refer to the inflation ttf Queensland to take batt in the Federal Convention, and will state that the revenue has sufficed to meet the expenditure. The programme for the session includes a moderate railway extension policy, including light lines to the agricultural districts, a Local Government Bill, and the establishment of Boards of Conciliation and Arbitration.
