♦ The amount of revenue collected at the Customhouse on eoods cleared for consumption to-day was £1,182 lis 3d. Greyiuouth last week exported 3,022 tons of coal, while Westport shipped 5,047 tons 17cwt. Auckland, June 14.—The half-yearly meeting of the Devonport Steam Ferry Company declared a dividend of 10 per cent, per annum, and decided to carry forward £933 9a to the profit and loss account. Messrs Donald Reld and Co. report that prices ruled as under at their auction sale to-day, when there was a large attendance of produce merchants and others interested in the trade : Oats.—We submitted a moderate catalogue! There were no buyers for large lines present, and the bulk of these wore passed in. The demand continues fairly good at prices on a par with late quotations. We quote: Prime milling and seed lines, 2s 4d to 2s od; good to best feed, 2s 3d to 2s 4d; medium, 2s to 2s 2d per bushel (sacks extra). Wheat.—There is no change in values to report. We offered medium feed, which sold at 3s 3d per bushel (sacks in). Potatoes.—Most of those offered to-day were only medium quality, for which there was poor demand. Prime Northern Derwents are inquired for at late values—£3 to £3 5s per ton (sacks in). Chaff.—We offered fourteen trucks, comprising all sorts. In the face of the large snpply forward values receded about 10s per ton. Prime quality met best competition, medium being slow of sale. We quote: Best oaten sheaf, £3 15s to £4; medium to good, £3 to £3 10s; straw chaff and light, £llss to £2lss per ton (bags extra). Turnips.—The market is glutted, and sales can only be made at a reduction of 5s per ton on last week's rates. Best turnips, loose, 13s to 15s; bagged,, 17a to 20s per ton (sacks in). GRAIN AND PRODUCE MARKETS. Messrs Dalgety and Co., Limited, report having held their weekly auction sale at their stores this morning. Oats.—We offered a small catalogue of oats, principally of medium and inferior quality, and these sold readily at from Is lid to 2s Id. The market is quiet, but values remain unchanged. Best milling and seed are worth 2s 4d to 2s 6d ; best Bparrowbills, 2s 3d to 2s 4d. Wheat.—The demand is slack, and in the absence of any sales of importance we repeat last week's quotations as ruling values to-day. We offered a few lines of fowls' wheat at auction today, which sold at 3s to 3s 7d ; prime velvet, 4s 4d to 4s 5d ; prime Tuscan, 4s 3d to 4s 4d ; medium and inferior sorts in proportion. Potatoes.—Market quiet. We sold Southerns to-day at auction at £3. Chaff.—Market glutted with inferior to medium qualities, and prices in consequence have given wav. Best chaff sold at £3 18s to £4: medium, £3'7s 6d to £3 12s 6d; straw chaff. £llss.
