TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —What more bo than a cyclists’ parade, with a small dynamo secreted on the riders, and tiny incandescent lamps here and there on their clothing? The undulating and wavy motion of the fair riders’ gowns, with the sparkling little glow-worms of light, would be both pretty and unique, would it not ?— I am, etc., Bizarre. Dunedin, June 11.
