EARTHQUAKES IN CALCUTTA.
A PANIC-STRICKEN CTTY. [Pub Press Association.—Copyright.] CALCUTTA, June 13. A series of severe earthquake shocks, lasting five minutes, occurred yesterday. The cathedral and many of the churches and public buildings were badly damaged. Eight Natives were killed and many injured. The city was thrown into a great state of panic.
