INTERNATIONAL SANITARY CONFERENCE.

LONDON, February 18. The International Sanitary Conference is being held at Venice. The representatives of France and Eussia urged the immediate ratification of the Paris Convention. The British delegates said they were confident that the precautionary measures taken by England were sufficient to guard against the introduction of disease.
