LONDON, January 28. At the wool sales merinoes aro firm and cross-breds a shade easier. At the wool sales at Bradford sellers are holding stocks for an advance of Id per lb ; consequently little business is doing. Cross-breds are from |d to £d weaker.

NAPIER, January 29.
Since the New Year 19,000 bale 3 and 458 pockets of wool have been shipped from Hawke's Bay for London.
