ATHLETIC SPORTS.
The Council of the New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association have mads arrangements for the Australasian championship meeting to be hpld at Christchurch on January 2 and 4, and the secretary is instructed to inform affiliated clubs of the movements of the Australian athletes. An application from A. Burk, Dunedin, for reinstatement stands deferred till the next reinstatement meeting. An application from C* M‘After, Auckland, for removal of the disqualification imposed for suspicious walking two years ago has been refused.
