ST. PETERSBURG, August 2. It is semi-officially stated that Russia adheres to the Berlin Treaty, and will not hold any relations with Bulgaria while Prince Ferdinand illegally assumes his title.
It is also stated the othor Towel's ap prove of this attitude.
