TOMORROW'S HOLIDAY.
Tncre is no deartli of pleasure provided for holiday seekers to-morrow. First an I foremost, of course, is the sports gathering of the Calcdouion Society; then there is the annual excursion to Oamaru, which has become quite a favorite institution, and for which the Wakatipu has been selected on the present occasion; racing people can visit the Maori Kaik the steamboat excursions inolude a cruise towards Moeraki by the B'lora, an extended ocean trip by the Tasmania, and a trip round White Island by the Invercargill. In connection with the Oamaru excursion the services of the Port Chalmers Garrison Band have been secured, the Wakatipu departing from and returning to the Duncdin wharf.
The eveniug attractions are the opera 'Paul Jones' at the Princess's and the farcical Comedy ' The Librarian' by Mr "George Leitch and company at the City Hall.
