WHERE ARE THE CITY FATHERS?
TO THE EDITOK. Silt,—Allow me to call attention to the filthy state in which Great King street is kept. At all the crossings, where people are getting out and into trams, the mud there is most disgraceful. Surely a small portion of the road could be kept comparatively clean, adding considerably to the comfort of the general public. Trusting to see some improvement soon —I am, etc.,
