(Before E. H. Carew, Esq., R.M.) Patersoo v. Poole.—Mr Meatyard applicl under section 10 of the Imprisonment for Debt Aljolition Act, 1874, to have an ordci made against the defendant on a judgment summons rescinded. He submitted that the justice;/ of the peace who made the order had no power to do so, and he asked that Mbhc order be cancelled.
