OTTAWA, March 13 The ‘ Free Press ’ newspaper, published in Ottawa, declares that the people of America will never sanction a war with Great Britain on account of the Behring Sea squabble. On the other hand, it is believed that Lord Salisbury would sacrifice the interests of Canada rather than have serious trouble with the Cabinet of Washington.
