Mails close at the Chief Poet Office, Dunedin, subject to any necessary alterations, as under For Northern Ports, overland daily, at 10.30 a.m., at Chief Post Office. Late letters, guard’s van, North train, at 11 a. m. Wednesday, September 9, Mails for Oral Island will close at Dunedin at 7 a.m., to connect with the s.s, Invercargill at Invercargill. Port Chalmers train, at 2 30 p,m.
