WELLINGTON, January 16, The valuation of the City of Wellington (just completed) for general purposes for the year IS9O-91 amounts to L 312.952, and for the_ water rate to L 287.243. There is a falling-off of L 172 in the general rate, and an increase of L 1,552 in the water rate.
