TO THE EDITOR. Sib, —Can you inform me who is responsible for the careless way in which the rails are left at St. Clair. The trucks, loaded with clay, come down at a terrible rate of speed, and there is no one to warn people off the line. I feel certain that there will be an accidentunlesasomeoneis stationed permanently at the crossing to warn persons off the line when the trucks are approaching.
