The members of the Rabbit Commission left Sydney yesterday for Melbourne. New rules and revised Standing Orders will shortly be submitted to the New South Wales Parliament. The Speaker ruled that the Premier was out of order owing to the lapse of time since the offence was committed. Sir Henry thereupon intimated that ho would take other steps in the matter in order to vindicate the honor of the House. The Divorce Extension Bill, which was recently vetoed by the Imperial Government, was again read a second time by 32 to 18. Mr J. 0. Neild, who has charge of the measure, said that it had been approved of by Chief Justices Barley and lliginbotham, and Sir J. Hannen, Judge of the London Divorce Court, and that it was on the same lines as the Bill introduced by Sir Alfred Stephen.
