FAVORABLE REPORTS. Berlin, April 24, (Received April 25,1888, at 12.30 p.m;)
The Emperor rose early to-day, and was able to transact business. Hopes are now entertained that he will overcome the present attack.
COMPLAINTS AGAINST THE BERLIN PRESS; The Empress complains that the Berlin Press are slandering the English physicians attending the Emperor. QUEEN VICTORIA'S RECEPTION. The Queen arrived in the city today, and was accorded a most friendly though informal reception.
