DUNEDIN'S OLDEST CITIZEN.

TO THE EDITOR, Sir,—ln your issue of Saturday you throw out a hint to the Masonic bretlfren to visit Sandy Low and make hin; a donation. You obviously do not know that he is and has been in receipt of a pension from the Dunedin lodges since the date on which ho retired from the office of tyler. I met "Sandy" this morning, and he is looking very well for his age. He was born in 1810, not 1823, as stated by you.—l am, e t c Svdxey James, '' D.G. Secretary, E.C. Dunedin, March 26.

[We are glad to hear that the craft have taken such care of their aged brother.— Ed. E.S.]
