WELLINGTON, March 13. I A serious accident happened on the team-: way line this morning. The car was in the i act of stopping opposite Newtown School to let a lady teaoher out, when a little boy . named Walters, aged about nine or ten, in ; attempting to get out of the front door, stumbled and fell beneath the car. When the car stopped the wheel was found resting on the boy's body. The latter was extricated, and was found to have sustained severe injuries.
