Another warning against the cigarette habit comes from Philadelphia, where a boy of sixteen is found to have died from nicotine poisoning, Me was in the habit, it is stated, of smoking twenty or more cigarettes a day. A New York paper adds:—“A few months only have passed since a wellknown young man died in this city from a similar cause. If boys don’t learn wisdom in this matter it will not bo the fault of the energetic protests Nature is making or of the severe lessons she ts teaching.” i >
