The following u a summary: , The London * Times’s Vienna correspondent says that frequent alarms have convulsed the Bourse to such an extent that it became a perfect rout. Securities of all kinds were recklessly thrown on the market, and it is calculated that eighty millions were lost in two days, The panic was subsiding when latest accounts left Home. Military opinion unanimously declares that Austro-Hungary must strike the first blow if Russia persists in her war preparations, Aubertin, who on December 9 last attempted to assassinate M, Ferry, is now a raving maniac. It is announced that Sarah Bernhardt’s son Maurice is betrothed to Princess Jablonowaki, grand daughter of Lucisn Buonaparte. H.M.S. Falcon and Starling, of the Mediterranean squadron, have been ordered to Suakin, and detachments of sailors and marines will go ashore to strengthen the garrison. Another battalion of infantry is expected to arrive from Egypt for the same purpose. Spies report that several thousand rebels are well equipped.
