A return match between Nelson and Wellington was commenced yesterday. Nelson in the first innings made 133, and Wellington 46. Tho latter followed on, and when the game was stopped by rain had made 80 runs for the loss of six wickets. New South Wales v. Victoria ended in the former winning by two wickets. Shaw and Lillywhite's team concluded a match yesterday with Twenty-two of Ballarat, the former winning by eight wickets. Playing against Vernon's team, eleven of Adelaide made 147 in their first innings.
