Gourley was infctalled as Mayor for the sixth year in succession. There were present on the occasion Crs Stenhouse (in the chair), Daly, and Caddy. All the councillors spoke in highly eulogistic ternls of the manner in which the re-elected Mayor had conducted the business of the Council, and His Worship, in responding expressed the hope that he would give equal satisfaction'in the future.
