The Westland took her departure for London early this mon ing with one of the largest and mott valuable cargoes which has ever left the Port. It c insisted of 6,230 bales wool, 74 bales sheepskins, 61 bales rabbit-skins, and 7 bales of basils. She left in splendid trim. The Te An >u was bauled out of the graving dock this forenoon. The Takapuna, from Nelson via Lyttelton and intermediate ports, arrived at Port Chalmers at 10 a.m. to-day.
