The Deacons' Court of the First Church have purchased from Mr G. R. West a large organ to be erected in the gallery of that edifice, and the work of making the alterations necessary for the reception of tho instrument will be commenced at once. We, have received card and illustrated almanacs from the Victoria and Liverpool and London and Globe insuranco companies; from the Shaw, Favill Bhipping|Compariy; and from Mr John Kdtnond.
