(Reo'lvcd Ootober 28,1887," at 1.40 p.m.) Tho Select Committee appointed by the Federal Council to consider the proposal of Prince Bismarck that a German Commissioner should be appointed for the Melbourne Exhibition have approved of the appointment being made.
MELBOURNE, October 28,
It is expected that a special vote will be granted by Parliament to enable the Government to entertain visitors attending the Centennial Exhibition next year.
