♦ . A well-attended meeting of the Ofago Cricketers’ Association, presided over by Dr Coughtrey, was held in Wain’s Hotel on Saturday evening. The members were called together for the purpose of confirming the rules passed on the previous Saturday. In answer to n question, the Chairman said he could not allow the rules to be amended in any shape or form. The only avenue left open for such an object to be attained was for seven members to call a special meeting for the purpose. The confirmation was therefore carried without dissent.
