EARL DUNRAVEN ON THE SITUA TION.
LONDON, October 7.
(Received Ootober 8,1887, at 11 20 a.m.)
Speaking at Middlesborough the Earl of Dunraven said that it was impossible for the Liberals to reunite at present. He regretted that the Unionists had not supported the Government and shared the responsibility of their Irish policy. He condemned Mr Gladstone for using his influence to paralyse Parliament, and to render the task of the Government more difficult.
