THE THISTLE AGAIN DEFEATED. [by elihotrio telkok4ph—copykioht. 1 [Reutbr's Telegrams. NEW YORK, September 30. Tho second race between the yachts Volunteer and Thistle for the American Cup took place to-day, and resulted in a win for the American yacht by upwards of two miles. A strong wind with a heavy sea was experienced. The Volunteer having won two races is declared the holder of the cup.
