TO THS EDITOR. Sm,-Who ia Mr Lethaby ? He is not an elcc.or in this district, and by what, ri*ht dots he dictate to us t I am assured that Mr Oonrley utterly repudiates Mr Lethabv'd l»ttor, and that it was written without his knowledge. A3 a copy of it appeared in last night s Siar I presume thai: Mr (Jourlev'a name is used by Mr Lethaby in defiance of that gentleman s wishes. Mr Lethaby attempted to vote at the last election, but, fortunately for himself, was prevented, otherwise ho could have been convicted under the Corrupt Practices Act, as he deliberately stated wheni challenged that he was residing in the district when he knew perfectly well that he was cut of it.—l am, etc., Dunedin, Auguat 13.
