The British and New Zealand Mortgage and Agency Company have received the following wool telegram from Messrs Helmutb, Schwartze, and Co., dated London, 23rd inst.: animated. American demand has increased. Prices are on a par with closing rates of last series. Extra superfine grease is rather higher. Catalogued Up to date about 170,000 bales, of which withdrawn about 7 per cent, j taken for export about 30 per cent,”
